The best way to reach WordLab is by email:
We aim to reply within a few days. You may notice there is no contact form on this page — that's deliberate. WordLab runs without any server of its own, and adding a form would mean adding a server to receive it. Email keeps the site's no-backend, nothing-uploaded architecture intact.
Reporting a bug or miscount
Counting-logic reports are the most useful feedback we receive. To help us fix an issue quickly, please include:
- A small sample text that reproduces the problem — a sentence or two is ideal. Please never email confidential or personal text; trim your sample down to the smallest fragment that shows the issue.
- What you expected and what WordLab showed (e.g. "expected 2 sentences, got 3").
- Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows 11, Safari on iPhone).
Feature requests
Tell us what you'd use and why. One thing to know in advance: we evaluate every request against the site's core rule — text never leaves the device. Features that would require uploading your writing to a server are politely declined, no matter how shiny.
Privacy questions
Questions about data handling are answered in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If something is unclear or unaddressed there, email us — privacy questions get priority.
Advertising & partnerships
For advertising or partnership enquiries, use the same email address with "Partnership" in the subject line. Note that we do not accept sponsorships that require injecting tracking scripts or collecting user text — those are incompatible with how the site works.
